Hotel specialists plan work processes in the hotel, look after and advise hotel guests and ensure their well-being. Hotel specialists lend a hand in all departments of a hotel. For example, they prepare and check the guest rooms, serve in the restaurant and work in the kitchen. Duration of training 3 years.
Applicant requirements:
At least qualified secondary school certificate
Team and communication skills
Customer and service orientation
Good knowledge of German; knowledge of English an advantage
Organizational and sales talent
Pleasant appearance
